There are no American soldiers buried here.  Although, there could be remains at the other site, where DNA testing is still in process

 Each grave has a foot stone and this graveyard is maintained constantly with fresh flowers.

 This is the site of the Bridge Kwai, which the railroad is still in use.  Japanese government rebuild the bridge.
